Dow Jones and Telecommunications Inc.
are increasing their stakes in the Singapore-based Asia Business News television network. The two companies are acquiring Television New Zealand Ltd.'s 29.5 percent stake for an undisclosed sum. The new shareholding of ABN will be: TCI 44.25 percent; Dow Jones 44.25 percent; SIM Ventures 10 percent; and Business News Network Ltd. 1.5 percent.Dow Jones
