As we began to solicit nominations for the 2004 Inside Market Data Awards (see www.insidemarketdata.com for details), I started thinking about the people who don’t get recognition. Awards for best executive most often go to those who are in charge of major, high-profile projects at their companies. And you can’t argue with that--people who have accomplished a lot deserve industry recognition.
