Montreal Mulls Split Feed, Adds Vendors

EXCHANGE WATCH

The Bourse de Montreal is looking at dividing its main datafeed into different components for specific user segments, according to Jean-Yves Trempe, director of market data services at the exchange.

The new feeds could be launched by the end of next year.

The move would follow similar initiatives by Nasdaq and Deutsche Börse (IMD, Aug. 22; Sept. 19).
