Infocast Moves to IP
DELIVERY TECHNOLOGIES
Infocast, a Hong Kong-based market data and trading technology vendor, is overhauling its data network to incorporate IP connectivity.
The project, which began in the second quarter of this year, involves replacing the current Synchronous Data Link Control system, says Infocast CTO Sonny Crisini.
He says the switch to IP will enable Infocast to promote greater data delivery and expand its product offering. The total cost of ownership is also lower, Crisini says.
