Bloomberg Is Mulling Equities Bulletin Board, Sources Say

Bloomberg Financial Markets, the fixed-income analytics service, may add an AutEx-style equities bulletin board that would carry dealers' indications of interest to institutions interested in buying and selling stock. AutEx Systems Inc., owned by Thomson Financial Networks Inc., allows Wall Street traders to place equity indications of interest -- both buy and sell -- on a network of terminals used by institutions and firms across the country.
