C1 Broadens Distribution of Chinese Data

C1 Energy, a provider of market data on China's petroleum markets, is supplying a daily feed of oil prices from the People's Republic to Fame Information Services, and is in negotiations to provide similar services to other vendors.
"It's important to provide a good service to foreigners and Fame has very sophisticated software," says Shen Ping, C1's managing director. "Software and technology is not C1's strength--our strength is providing data and content."
