Display.IT Delays Its Nasdaq Debut Pending Audit Results

Since a product upgrade announcement made last month in New York at the Securities Industry Association trade show, London-based Display.IT has been at the center of a controversy that has caused it to delay its Nasdaq debut. At the same time, Display.IT is now missing a chairman, company secretary, and one of its directors. The vendor's legal advisors have also parted ways.
