International Securities Exchange Stumps for NBBO

NEW YORK--The International Securities Exchange (ISE) currently calculates a National Best Bid and Offer for its market makers and recommends that the Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA) calculate an NBBO on behalf of all of the options exchanges.
