Castlenet To Revamp Beast Analytics System For DJM's Active1 Front-End
DESKTOP APPLICATIONS
NEW YORK--In the wake of Dow Jones Markets (DJM) scaling back on its ambitious plans for the Interactive Desktop, Castlenet is now working to migrate the Beast analytical system onto DJM's Active1 front-end display software. A production version is expected by the summer.
The deal with Castlenet, which cost DJM $25 million, was signed in August 1997. It gave DJM exclusive licencing rights to the Beast within the scope of its workstation products.
