Etrali, Nice Systems Combine Turrets And Voice Tech For Texas Energy Floors

HOUSTON--Over the past few weeks, several energy trading floors in Texas have adopted turrets from Paris-based Etrali that are outfitted with voice recording and conversation retrieval technology from Tel Aviv-based Nice Systems.
More than 50 traders at the former NGC Corporation, a Houston, Texas-based natural gas marketer now known as Dynegy, received the combination Etradeal turrets/Nice Call Logging System (CLS) database system on July 13. By summer's end, approximately 75 traders at Noram
