UBS, Others Juggle Linux, Solaris

OPEN SOURCE TRADING SYSTEMS

ZURICH--Swiss investment bank UBS Warburg is the latest major securities trading firm to cautiously embrace the Linux open-source operating system, while maintaining its ties to the Sun Microsystems Solaris environment.
