Chase Manhattan Readies RFI For New York Trading Room

Chase Manhattan Bank plans to issue a request for information (RFI) to vendors this month in a search for a new UNIX-based digital data distribution system to support between 400 and 500 traders in New York. Sources say the deal is worth about $10 million to the vendor or vendors that eventually land the business.
