ABN Amro and UBS Warburg have taken equity stakes in Asiabondportal.com, a fixed-income trading platform focused on the Asian marketplace. The system will go live covering US dollar-denominated bonds issued by Asian entities sometime in mid-October. ABN Amro and UBS join Daiwa, Deutsche Bank, the Government of Singapore Investment Corp., JP Morgan and Income Partners as strategic partners in the initiative.
