Moving On To 4.2

MR. FIX-IT

A new version of FIX--4.2--is scheduled for release in March of next year. The process is well defined and published on the fixprotocol.org Website. Any additions or changes to the protocol are due by November 15, 1999, which means there is not that much time to add anything that hasn't already been working through the various FIX working groups.
