Mabon Installs Triarch 2000 For 350 Traders In New York

TRADING ROOM NETWORKS

Mabon Securities Corp. has installed Reuters' Triarch 2000 as the digital data distribution platform that will support its 350 traders in New York. Reuters edged out Dow Jones Telerate, Market Vision Corp. and Quotron in a bake-off to which Micrognosis Inc. and Teknekron Software Systems Inc. were not invited.

The Triarch system replaces a hodge-podge of stand-alone quote services from a swarm of vendors, including Quotron, Thomson Financial Services Inc.'s ILX Systems Inc. and Telerate. Mabon
