LONDON--Integral Development has put the online FX world on notice that its XML-based technology is patented, and while the vendor may not be calling out the lawyers, it would like major user firms and technology vendors to acknowledge that fact and perhaps embed its technology.
Last week, Integral received a US patent on numerous elements of its technology, including the FinXML language for derivatives transactions and its Integral Financial Server, Direct Derivatives, AutoDealer and Direct FX
