Evolution Builds FIX Electronic Order Routing for WestLB Panmure

LONDON--Evolution, an IT consultancy that builds customized solutions for investment banks using component-based technology, has completed the first phase of a project to build FIX electronic order routing for Westdeutsche Landesbank Panmure.
The consultant has FIX-enabled WestLB Panmure’s connections to the buy side; the infrastructure went live last week, and indications of interest will go live this week. West LB Panmure expects to communicate more than 15,000 IOI messages per month using FIX
