Windy City News: CBOT, CME Ponder Digital Data Systems

The Chicago Board of Trade's (CBOT) earlier-announced decision to purchase a digital data distribution system is on hold, and its selection of Reuters' Triarch 2000 may be reconsidered. Meanwhile, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) has begun its own search for a digital data distribution system, and is leaning towards choosing the small, Long Island-based vendor Datacode Inc.
