IPC Launches Suite Of CTI Products That Link IPC's Turrets To Desktops

NEW YORK--IPC Information Systems, a provider and integrator of trading turrets and related services, last week launched a suite of computer telephony integration (CTI) products, dubbed Tradesmart CTI Solutions.
The product suite is designed to supplement existing trading floor turret systems from IPC. Specific functions of the new products include streamlining transaction processing, evaluating telecommunication use, decreasing errors and increasing trader profits, say IPC officials.
