Telerate Adds FX Development Group To Foreign Exchange Systems Arsenal

Telerate Inc. last week completed its purchase of FX Development Group, a Mountainview, Calif.-based systems integrator, for an undisclosed amount of cash. The company previously was controlled by its four founders, with minority stakes held by employees, Stanford University, the University of California at Berkeley, and V Band Corp.
