NEW YORK--Part of the buzz that continues to resonate from the London FIX conference last month concerns self-evident appliance connectivity that dovetails with protocols such as FIX.
Some of the conferees in attendance discussed the convergence between FIX connectivity and electronic voice messages, where the strategy is to make pre-trade information available more quickly and with fewer obstructions.
"We’re moving to accept the FIX protocol as an industry," says Bill Adilletta, CTO of at Ixnet.
