Thomson Sues BT Syntegra In US; BT Disputes Venues

THOMSON Financial Services has filed a suit against British Telecommunications claiming breach of contract and unfair trade practices, among many other allegations. Meanwhile, as TST goes to press last Thursday, BT had responded to the suit with a motion for dismissal, citing the inappropriateness of using a Massachusetts court to try the case.
