DataSynapse’s LiveCluster Adds zSeries Support

NEW YORK--Grid services software vendor DataSynapse has announced that its grid-enabling middleware product, LiveCluster, is available for IBM’s eServer zSeries mainframes.
With the combined offering, trading firms will able to harness the power of their mainframes to run applications in a grid computing environment that also provides access to the computing power of PCs and servers, company officials say.
