Thomson ESG Will Modify Oasys For A Common Trading API

BOSTON--Thomson Financial Services Electronic Settlements Group is planning to develop a common application programming interface for buy-side trade order management systems. The common API will bundle together connections to the Oasys order allocation system, the Autex indications of interest product, the Trade Route order routing network and broker execution reports.

Ultimately, the API could be further enhanced permit buy-side trading desks to record allocations in advance of trade executions
