Quotron's F/X Trader Vies For No. 2 Slot In Forex Systems

Three months after the start of commercial trading, Quotron Systems Inc.'s F/X Trader automated dealing system for the interbank foreign exchange market is 40 banks shy of the critical mass Quotron believes it needs to survive. Despite the lack of liquidity, users believe F/X Trader could gain the edge over rival Telerate Systems Inc.'s Trading Service (TTS) in the battle for second place in the market after Reuters Holdings PLC.
