Nikko Broadens Use of LMT's Tickbase, Reports Poor Support from LMT Agent

Nikko Securities is expanding its use of US-based Leading Market Technologies' (LMT) TickBase time-series database technology in its domestic dealing rooms. Nikko recently purchased an additional nine TickBase server licenses. More than 130 users in Nikko's Tokyo equity and fixed-income organizations will use time-series information stored in the Tickbase database to drive internally developed charting applications that run on both Microsoft Windows NT PCs and Unix workstations.
