Interbase Inc. and Prophecy Development Corp. have formed a strategic alliance to couple Interbase's relational database with Prophecy's Contessa, a front-end applications package. Dubbed "Contessa for Interbase," the system has recently been installed at New Windsor Associates L.P. in New York, its first U.S. location.
