Yamaichi International has picked Dow Jones Telerate over its incumbent data platform provider Reuters to supply a new 160-position digital dealing room system for the firm's London operation. Yamaichi IT support manager responsible for the project, Jeff Hunt, told D&IS sister publication Dealing with Technology that: "The support we have had from Reuters has been poor... and the traders felt people at Telerate were just easier to deal with."
