SINGAPORE--As expected, Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (WestLB) moved traders into a new floor in the recently-completed Centennial Tower building in Singapore's SunTec City district, and will continue to rely on Dow Jones Markets' Platform for digital data distribution.
