Reuters Survey Details SETS Complaints

LONDON--The results of the survey conducted in London on behalf of Reuters by Tempest Consultants appear to confirm the complaints that have steadily grown louder about the London Stock Exchange's order-driven system, the Stock Exchange Trading Service, or SETS.
In the past few weeks, many such complaints were submitted to the LSE, which has been reviewing SETS' performance to date.
