Reuters Treads Carefully In Feedhandler Territory

In response to questions about Reuters' willingness to maintain Triarch 2000 feedhandlers for non-Reuters feeds, Sarah Dunn, vice president for information management systems marketing at Reuters America Inc., says the vendor remains committed to providing such a service to users of its digital data distribution platform. However, she says, the vendor currently maintains a limited stable of such feedhandlers and would typically only undertake to develop others based on significant market demand
