NEW YORK--Wit SoundView, the world’s first auction website for secondary offerings launched earlier this month, will save both issuer and fund manager time and excessive market risk by compressing the bookbuilding process into a 90-minute online auction. Vostock is designed for the secondary and all other follow-on markets, and will initially be targeted just at the US market. Wit SoundView’s partner in the project is ITG, the New York-based trading technology provider.
