Instinet Makes FIX Connection With OM Technologies
FIX MESSAGES
Instinet and OM Technologies announced on May 1 that Instinet subscribers will be able to go through OM’s OneWorld Service Bureau to place orders and receive executions. The OneWorld Service bureau is a modular service that enables broker/dealers to outsource trading functionality. Instinet will be the execution point for orders routed through the FIX protocol for OneWorld.
Connectivity would be established without the need for users to add IT infrastructure or personnel and would be accomplished
