National Westminster Bank PLC's County NatWest Inc. New York-based investment banking subsidiary is evaluating Teknekron Software Systems Inc. and FD Consulting Inc. as possible providers of a local data delivery system for a planned 100- to 150-position international proprietary trading and risk management operation. The planned system, to be based on UNIX workstations, is expected to go live before the end of this year.
