Infinity announced that Jim Ashton has joined the company as president. The CEO of the Risk Integration Group at Sungard--Infinity's parent--Ashton has worked closely with Infinity's senior management team during the last three months. Infinity provides enterprise solutions for financial trading, risk management and operations. Ashton succeeds Ron Lang, who has been promoted to CEO of Sungard's Securities Trading Group.
