Arca Begins Three-Step Redi Integration

NEW YORK and CHICAGO--Archipelago has begun integrating the Redibook platform into the Archipelago Exchange (Arcaex), part of a three-step process culminating in a fully combined order book that should go live by the end of the first quarter of 2003.
The first two phases should be complete by the end of July, when all OTC shares will be on the Redibook matching engine and all listed shares will reside on the Archipelago engine, in keeping with the respective ECNs’ dominant pre-merger shares in
