Persistence Picks Up Tool To Build Instinet Fixed-Income Platform
TRANSACTION SYSTEMS
SAN MATEO, Calif.--Persistence Software has licensed Tibco Software's The Information Bus/Rendezvous (TIB/RV) messaging software and will use it to synchronize databases in Instinet's fixed-income trading platform, which is expected to be launched shortly after months of delay.
Persistence will use the latest version of the messaging software, TIB/RV version 6, which Tibco announced last week. Persistence's Powertier application server caches and synchronizes data across multiple databases, and
