Software Glitch Halts Trading in Tokyo

TOKYO—Trading on the Tokyo, Fuk uoka and Sapporo stock exchanges came to a halt on Monday, Oct. 31, for three hours apparently due to a software glitch in a transaction engine of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), according to TSE officials.
