Chase Manhattan Bank is preparing to launch a new Microsoft Corp. Windows-based version of Chase Trader, a system that allows its corporate customers to execute foreign exchange transactions electronically. At the same time, the bank is introducing Chase Insight, a platform that unites Chase Trader with the bank's other corporate treasury information and management services.
