B Of A Readies Database For Two Cray Superservers
WORKSTATIONS AND ANALYTICS
Bank of America has recently deployed three Cray Research Inc. Superserver 6400 (CS6400) enterprise servers to facilitate access to data that was previously limited to mainframe-based systems. The Cray servers will run large data warehousing and decision-support applications. These applications will support such functions as probability analysis reporting, portfolio reporting and exposure management reporting.
