XBRL and Data Tagging Set to Take Center Stage at Sibos 2009

HONG KONG - XBRL and data tagging, first discussed at the Sibos conference last year in Vienna, will continue to be a hot topic this year.

New York-based Karla McKenna, director, industry leadership, global transaction services at Citi, and chair of the SMPG and co-chair of the SMPG Corporate Actions Working Group and Chair, ISO TC68, says there are a number of sessions focusing on XBRL, including collaboration with ISO 20022 and Swift to improve the corporate actions announcement process
