ECB Goes Live with Second Generation Data Model
FRANKFURT - The European Central Bank (ECB) has gone live with the second version of the central securities database (CSDB), built on a more complex data model than the first version, Inside Reference Data has learned.
The ECB's CSDB has been in production for three years now, and the first generation was built on a "classic" data model, according to Francis Gross, head of external statistics at the ECB.
