Network monitoring technology vendor Endace has hired Kevin Formby as vice president of business development to head its financial services strategy, including the development and expansion of products and services, with a focus on high-frequency trading. Formby was most recently head of business development at BT Global Financial Services, having been part of the original management team that created the Radianz financial extranet, and serving as head of US sales prior to its acquisition by BT
