Nasdaq Fixes RussellTick Indexes

Last Thursday, Feb. 2, Nasdaq experienced a 54-minute outage for 23 Russell indexes distributed via its RussellTick feed, caused by an inbound issue that meant its systems did not receive real-time tick prices. Nasdaq resolved the issue and began disseminating the indexes at 2:10pm. Earlier last week, Nasdaq supplied missing intraday values for some Russell indexes that were not disseminated on the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 31, and advised subscribers and data vendors to add the missing values to
