Tool Allows Financial Firms to Standardize Social Media
The vendor first launched Glue in March to enable users in financial institutions to move more seamlessly between desktop applications such as trade blotters, market data terminals, spreadsheets, and in-house applications. Glue42 allows the different applications to work together and behave as one unit.
The new tool for HTML allows web apps running in HTML to connect not just to desktop applications but also to market data from the Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform, Bloomberg and the OpenMAMA
