IPC and GreenKey Partner for Speech-to-Text Conversion
IPC will provide audio streams to GreenKey and convert it to useable data.
The collaboration aims to turn voice conversations into structured data while automatically populating trade tickets and transcribing the conversation. IPC will provide high-quality, high-definition audio streams to GreenKey, which will then process it for metadata that creates key terms and phrases, identify speakers and recognize sentiment. The tool’s API can be deployed to many different platforms.
