The best agency broker category at the Rankings has traditionally been dominated by familiar names: Bloomberg, whose Tradebook subsidiary won it for the past three years, ITG, Instinet and ConvergEx. All of these are high-profile, hard-charging firms that appear regularly in the pages of Waters.
