IPC Looks to Partner with Additional Transcription Service Providers
The comms and networking provider is expanding its service after partnering with OpenFin.
Last October, IPC and GreenKey announced the launch of Blotter, a data visualization and front-end dashboard that allows traders to view and analyze voice trade information. The platform leverages GreenKey’s natural language processing (NLP) engine to convert voice quotes into a structured data feed.
For its next phase of production, and building off a partnership with operating system provider OpenFin, IPC is looking to extend Blotter’s chatbot capabilities to allow IPC’s customers to choose
