MayStreet founder says LSEG abandoned integration in new court filing

In response to LSEG’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the founder of one of its acquired companies, lawyers for Patrick Flannery have offered more details around communications between MayStreet and the exchange group.

Lawyers for MayStreet founder and former CEO Patrick Flannery have fired back at London Stock Exchange Group in an 89-page amended complaint amid the former’s ongoing lawsuit for fraud and breach of contract. The amended complaint, with new details pertaining to conversations between Flannery, his team, and LSEG executives, comes after LSEG filed to dismiss the suit in September.

Flannery filed his original complaint against LSEG in Delaware’s Court of Chancery on May 16, accusing the exchange
