Julia Meigh, former head of ESG and macro data research at London-based alternative data and market research company Neudata, has filed a lawsuit against the company. She alleges that the vendor engaged in unlawful discrimination and retaliation practices in violation of the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL) and the New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL).

Meigh, represented by DGW Kramer LLP, filed a summons and complaint document on October 22, 2025, formally initiating a civil lawsuit
